Reform Capital is an international investment management firm focused on special situation investment opportunities in Emerging Europe. Reform Capital was founded in Prague, Czech Republic in 2003 by former investment bankers, Marek Chatrný and Martin Drázský, with 16 years of combined experience on Wall Street and in the City of London.

As part of its investment activities, Reform Capital seeks sizable high risk investment opportunities, where value is created through discrete events or investment improvements. Reform Capital pursues such opportunities directly or in cooperation with creative local partners.
