Reform Capital manages a 600-hectares engineering and development project in the north-west part of Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. In line with urban trends, Reform Capital leads development of a new Bratislava district, taking into account future social, cultural and economic aspects of the currently undeveloped area.
Reform Capital focuses on an area of approximately 70 hectares in the immediate vicinity of the Volkswagen plant as the first phase of the Centrop project. The goal is to obtain appropriate zoning status and prepare the land for further development. The process of the zoning plan change is ongoing. Consolidation of land ownership in the area is taking place through a process of land merger. Documentation for the land merger is being prepared by AGROCONS Banská Bystrica. .
